Agree with other reviews that said it looks better than the pictures! Amazing views and very nice house! I'll add a few things that I didn't see on the listing that we appreciated-I was between 2 in the same area the other had a city view, this also has an area in the corner of the patio that you can see the city lights at night, so that was a bonus. I loved that the stairs were carpet, I fell down stairs at a different airbnb before that were wood, narrow and slippery with socks on. these were nice and wide and carpeted, so I was relieved when I saw them. my daughter said the pull out bed was the most comfortable she'd ever slept on. Our bed was also very comfortable. Nikki really thought of every little thing you could need and then some, attention to detail for sure. We were sad to leave, it was such a beautiful place and felt like home. Will stay here again for sure.- Childrens trail was worth going to, locally Neos Pizza was delicious, the heap arboretum also!

We stayed to celebrate my 40th birthday, and I will remember this trip forever. The house was clean, beautiful, and peaceful. We loved the area and how close it was to local lakes and areas for shopping. And honestly, we spent half our time just relaxing in the house. Host was responsive and made everything so easy for our stay, including a sweet welcome gift. We would love to come back to this home again in the future. One of our top AirBnB stays ever.

We had an amazing stay here, The view was absolutely beautiful and one of our favorite parts of the trip. The place itself felt so cozy and homey, which made it really easy to relax and enjoy our time. Everything was well put together and comfortable.
We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay. We would love to come back again in the future.

This is going on my list as one of my favorite Airbnbs! Every design detail felt hand selected to create a truly cozy and modern retreat. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Kitchen is spacious and had everything my wife and I needed to prepare a home-cooked dinner for two. Nikki even provided us with a complimentary welcome gift which made the stay feel even more special. I could say so much more about this gorgeous home, but you really must book for yourself because words don’t do it justice!

We had an amazing stay at Nikki’s place, the house is surrounded by beautiful views of the mountains, the area is quiet. The house is exactly as described, would love to come back again in the future.

Beautiful, cozy home. Every little detail fit the house perfectly. We enjoyed watching a movie together in the perfectly put together movie room ( had popcorn and candy) to enjoying the stars in the back yard for dinner and a little relaxing in the hot tub.
The beds were cozy and the sheets and towels were very soft and comfy.
Can’t wait for our next trip back thank you for making my birthday trip what I wanted RELAXING

Nikki was great. The decor of the home is fabulous. Unseasonably warm weather for mid-March allowed us to spend a lot of time on the upper deck overlooking the great views including snowcapped mountains to the east. Definitely worth a return visit.

Our stay was excellent. The house was both very roomy and very cozy. The kids loved the movie room! Nikki provided everything we needed including robes and slippers, the kitchen had plenty of dishes, coffee maker was great, hot tub was really nice. The parking was easy and nice and close to the entrance with no tricky hill to navigate. We’d definitely stay here again.

My family had a great time at Nikki's place. We got to enjoy the snow in the day and watch a movie in the movie room with popcorn already available from the host. The place is clean and has everything you need. We look forward to visiting again in the future.
