Our stay was excellent. The house was both very roomy and very cozy. The kids loved the movie room! Nikki provided everything we needed including robes and slippers, the kitchen had plenty of dishes, coffee maker was great, hot tub was really nice. The parking was easy and nice and close to the entrance with no tricky hill to navigate. We’d definitely stay here again.

My family had a great time at Nikki's place. We got to enjoy the snow in the day and watch a movie in the movie room with popcorn already available from the host. The place is clean and has everything you need. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Exactly as described! Serene, clean, stocked, easy check in and great experience overall. Couldn’t figure out the twinkle lights near the hot tub. Also it got really warm inside without being able to lower the temp, other than with a fan or opening windows. Not a huge deal.

We loved our stay at Nikki's beautiful house. It was super central to both Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead and the house itself is very cozy - perfect for a getaway to the mountains!

The house is perfect when you compare to what you usually get in the vacation homes at this price point. Basically, you'll have everything you need in the house. Starting with the shampoo and all the way to a complementary wine and snacks.
Decks are really nice. I enjoyed reading a book in the morning with a cup of coffee.
They have a nice TV with all the apps you might need.
Nice parking for 2 regular cars and an EV charger. Always make sure it works just in case.
House is very clean and looks fresh.
Also, it was super easy to get access to the house , check-in and check-out. They have a nice screen on the wall for all the information you might need. From the rules staying in the house all the way to the Wi-Fi password.
Overall you can feel that the owner spent time thinking small details through so you don't have to be bothered by anything or wasting time looking for something.
We spent 3 nights just to be out of town and spend some time alone and it was awesome.

Nikki has spent a great deal of time making the most of her cozy cabin. It is apparent that she thinks of the renters perspectives as she chooses decor, amenities, and the little extras that make a nice place particularly special. Would love to come back again some day.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was honestly so beautiful. We enjoyed every moment of it, we even fell in love with the town. The views were absolutely stunning, and waking up to an amazing view in the master bedroom was such an amazing experience. We’d definitely like to be back in the future and stay in this lovely home again.

Hey so we came my wife and my two kids, this place is very peaceful amaaaazing forest view from balcony, place is very very clean and cozy you have everything you need in the house any accessory youll need to rest and entertain yourself! Very very recommended for peacefull time spending!!!!!
